FAQ
The questions brand owners actually ask.
MOQs, lead times, formulation paths, certifications, fulfillment — the questions every thoughtful brand owner asks before signing on with a supplement manufacturer.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label?
MOQs vary by product form. Capsules typically start around 1,000 bottles per SKU; gummies, tablets, and softgels start higher because of tooling and changeover costs. Reach out with your SKU plan and we will return a tier-based quote.
Can you formulate from scratch or do I have to use a stock formula?
Both. Many brands launch with a stock formula and migrate to a custom one as they scale. Our R&D team handles ingredient sourcing, dosage modeling, palatability, and stability testing for fully custom builds.
Where is manufacturing located?
Production is based in the United States. Our facility is GMP-certified and operates under FDA 21 CFR Part 111 dietary supplement guidelines.
How long does a typical production run take from PO to ship?
Stock private label runs ship in roughly 4–6 weeks. Custom formulations add 4–10 weeks for development depending on complexity, stability testing, and packaging procurement.
Do you handle labeling, packaging design, and FDA compliance?
Yes. Our in-house design team produces label artwork and secondary packaging; our regulatory team ensures Supplement Facts panels, allergen disclosures, and structure/function claims meet FDA standards.
Can you ship direct to consumers and to retail distribution centers?
Yes. We pick, pack, and ship from the same facility that produces the product — direct to consumer for DTC brands, and palletized to retail DCs for shelf placement.
What documentation do I receive for each batch?
Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), batch records, and any allergen and identity testing the formulation requires. Stability data and master batch records are available on request.
Do you support clean-label, vegan, allergen-free, and organic certifications?
Yes. We routinely run vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and non-GMO formulations. Organic and third-party certifications can be coordinated through our network of accredited partners.
